input lagging sometimes

Is it only me or actually everyone has met this sort of thing in game? Sometimes my mouse or my keyboard just suddenly stops working, my character might keep doing the last thing it did or just standing there, and like after the last patch this got worse, I am very sure it is not about my computer, but the game and the system are having a conflict.

happens almost every game for me and when it does happen its every 5-10 minutes. i have to spam esc to get it to let me do anything.
