Input delay

In the few games ive played recently, I've been getting an input delay bug. Like when I was walking forward and pressed buttons to move side to side, shoot my gun, use abilities etc, it would stuck on walking forward for a bit while I'm here mashing buttons and all of a sudden all the actions I've done triggers all at once.

Anyone else getting this issue?

I feel like I've definitely had this happen. I've also noticed weird delays with when I feel like bullets actually leave my gun at times.
I noticed at times this happens there's sometimes like a red dot in the corner of my client by the FPS/Ping (since I usually look down there to see if I'm lagging), but I've never been able to consistently look down there enough to see if that's a direct indication of the issue happening or something else.

There's also times where I'm just not sure so I chalk it up to like, well... maybe I'm misremembering, or maybe there's a skill issue...

I'm seeing input delays. I will majestic leap, press the key to change direction and drop down and nothing happens. Hit it again and maybe it'll work. Or I do change direction but when I press jump to extend the leap, nothing happens. I'll hit cloak and do satchel right after, and satchel won't register. It seems particularly worse when there is a lot going on in the match, so if I try to jump into a team and press a few abilities, frequently one or two presses won't register and I have to just spam it..

I guess I see that too a lot as well now that I think about it. I've also just never known if it was me or the game.
There's a few times with something like wraith ult, I'll hit the button many many times and for some reason or another it'll just never go off. It's like the key combination is eaten by lag, or packet loss, or just never happens and disappears.

This has been happening to me for the last 2 days and it legit makes the game unplayable. It started happening to me and my duo a few days ago and before this we have never experienced it before, we live in very different parts of the US, so it's not like it's related to my connection. Also it happened in every single game for the last 12ish games we played together with him. Though it did happen more often to me than him, for him it was mostly his items and skills affected, with occasional movement, for me it was the literal opposite, my movement was all messed up, and occasionally the items/skills would bug out too and not be used/cast.
