Initial game spawn between lanes, not at spawn

- spawned in normal 6v6 face off start
- saw my ping was 200ms through relay (without relay it'd be 100 in Hong Kong)
- disconnected temporarily to reconnect
- suddenly I am spawned between... I'm not sure which lane these were, but opposite side of the lane I should go to

I have a feeling this was the rooftop for the face off during waiting for players.
Disconnecting -> your character starts walking to spawn for safety -> initial teleport to spawn fails?
Going to try reconfirming another game.

Confirmed in #43973503.
All players join, I hit disconnect, I hit reconnect, still on location.

Further testing:
- happens when player is supposed to be teleported to spawn and join the rail system
- if game is not paused
- T1 guardians have no regen/defense during the start of the game, so you can do some damage and leave to your lane
- potentially, with a full party, if you do that, you could probably take down half a T1's HP, but returning to the furthest sidelane would be a bother
