Inhibitor UI Tip shows Less dmg after purchase

The little tool tip that pops up when you mouse over the Inhibitor item seems to be showing a (-35%) reduction in dmg for the player instead of a (+25%) boost. Unsure if the item is affected by this.

Can confirm - this is on bebop's kit. Upon testing. the hook does not take it down from 10.

For bullet damage, it takes it from 10-11, to 13-14 for headshots.

So the tooltip is inaccurate. It does what it says on the tin! UI bug.
