Inherent weapon damage from items not displayed in melee damage breakdown

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Select any hero
  2. Purchase Weapon items with no Weapon Damage stat outside the inherent stat
  3. View melee damage by mousing over Weapon tab in lower left corner of screen
Expected result: Light/Heavy melee displays inherent weapon damage modifiers (in below case, +124% from the 8 items purchased)

Actual outcome: Light/Heavy melee displays no damage modifiers, just the base and final values being different.

If you look at any item that gives melee damage, you will see that it says 62% so the game calculates it right, but it gives 1 extra damage for some reason.

Very interesting. I haven't seen anything that states melee receives a 50% penalty of weapon damage modifiers and all explicit weapon damage modifiers are displayed as applying at full strength, but that appears to be the case. I'll update the post to more accurately represent a still-valid bug and go about posting some additional bugs due to this revelation.
