Ingame Guides Not Loading In

I'm getting into games with guides I've used before and they're not loading in anymore, I'll need to check if they somehow got unselected or something but I did not touch them. I even had the guide one game and then not the next

Getting this every other game as well, very rough when trying to learn new characters.

Having the same issue, randomly the build won't show up and I have to remember all of my recommended items.

Been having the same issue very commonly since the 6/14 update. Often times the default recommended don't load either. After games where it happens selecting the hero's build page from the main menu the character's name shows as [Is : Hero Name] on the build tab briefly before loading their name, at which point a build other than the one I had favorited loads.
