Infuser and Shadow Weave not Buffing Bebop Bomb

When using Infuser after the bomb has been applied to someone Bebop does not get the bonus spirit power but only the life steal.

Shadow Weave has the same problem, triggering ambush with bomb does not give the spirit damage to the bomb.

I thought there was a patch regarding the bomb's interaction with Infuser a while back? Can someone confirm?

There was a patch for this and I noticed this too, spiritual overflow is also not applying correctly this is a huge nerf for bebop builds again.
