Infinite train horn

ive had some issues mulotiple times with doormans ult where im not sure if its when I spectate someone in his ult or if im sent there but for the entirty of the game I will here the train horn on repaet until the game is finished and Ive tried multiploe ways of fixing it but no dice

I've had some infinite audio bugs too not the horn though
