Infernus Ult Doesn't Benefit from -CDR AP if on Cooldown

To my knowledge Infernus ult is the only ability in the game that doesn't benefit instantly from investing an AP that grants "-X seconds cooldown".

Very minor bug, but valve, pls fix.

Haze and Lash came to mind first.

I've tested a lot and so far every ability gets instant CDR when you invest the AP, except infernus ult. That doesn't mean there aren't any others that don't get the CDR either, like I said in my original post - to my knowledge it is Infernus ult only.
