Infernus still has old spirit scaling (0.5 instead of 0.6) on afterburn (in sandbox at least)

Just to sanity check I tried buying some spirit items, and the 0.5 was accurate. I didn't try it in a real game yet, but I'm assuming it will be the same as in the sandbox.

Was excited for this buff, hopefully quick/easy fix!
