infernus afterburn isn't refreshed by bullets

apparently it adds % of the duration just as stacking does, but visual indicators shows duration as full after bullet, if you shoot them with very little duration left, full circle goes out almost immediately, it's either a visual indicator bug or a gameplay bug
 
playing in matches and testing in sandbox shows that this isn't just a visual bug, the duration isn't completely refreshed if using a single bullet, but seems to just add the percent buildup to the remaining duration (the DoT cuts off earlier if it's a single bullet as a bodyshot vs. a headshot)

edit: so, if this isn't a bug, and is intended behaviour, then the tooltip would need to be changed, because this isn't a refresh of the duration

and indicator should be fixed to show the % of maximum duration, not get full and instantly run out
