Pretty common bug on Infernus. I think it happens when getting stunned right after pressing Infernus ulti? In this clip you see the audio for the ulti plays but my ulti doesnt actually go off. Another common Infernus glitch is that my ulti goes off but there is no audio so I can't tell exactly when it is going to explode.
