Kinda hard to explain so I'll describe a scenario. In your active slot 1, you have Healing Rite and it's bound to Z. Next, you buy Healing Nova but you want to now bind it to Z and have Healing Rite automatically move to the next available slot. Sometimes this works but other times it asks if you want to sell Healing Rite instead, even though there are more active slots available & you can afford Healing Nova. If it always asked if I wanted to sell it and I manually had to move the item slots, that's fine, but it's inconsistent for which option it chooses. This goes for all actives when trying to bind over previous ones.
