On the Mercurial Magnum tooltip the "100% Bullets Reloaded" is on the bottom line below the bigger squares for the "main" benefits of the item, but this line in most items is used just for duration or cast range, on Quicksilver Reload this part has its own big square too.
In general many items need a consistency pass regarding what info is actually presented in the big squares for Active/Passive effects, and which info should be on the line below, for example Spirit Sap, Ethereal Shift, Magic Carpet use the big squares for duration instead of the line below like the majority of items.
Edit: Spirit Burn "-80% Healing Reduction" should also probably get its own square, it's an important part of the item.
