When casting ultimates
Pocket, Infernus, Haze, Dynamo, Ivy - These ultimates all pass through both sides of a veil
Warden, Seven - These ultimates will pass through veil that provides LOS, but fail when the veil blocks LOS even if someone is standing out in the open on the other side.
For consistency sake these abilities should hit targets that are obscured by a veil, since it doesn't shield players from other non-targeted abilities.
