Improved Cooldown Item Adjustment Tooltip

The tooltip for items impacted by Superior Cooldown doesn't reflect the correct value. It states "50% Imbued ability cooldown reduction" but the math shown actually calculates at 20%, which is accurate.

It should state "20% Cooldown Reduction" and have the Superior Cooldown icon in the text, to be consistent with Improved Cooldown's tooltips.

The formula for cooldown reduction calculation from multiple items is also wrong (in the tooltip). It currently sums CDR from all the items instead of doing the proper formula.

For example building Improved cooldown (16%) and Spiritual overflow (15%) shows as 31% in the tooltip. Should be 29%
