Improved Burst's cooldown is hidden

The item Improved Burst gives bonus damage when dealing ability damage. The tooltip doesn't mention any cooldown, but testing shows that there is one. It seems to be about 5 seconds from what I can tell.



The item that builds into it, Mystic Burst does mention the cooldown in its tooltip, which is 8 seconds. I see no reason Improved Burst shouldn't mention its cooldown as well.

Yeah bumping this because no reply? If there is a cooldown, that's fine I guess but why is it not listed? Very confusing not very fun gamer.

I also found this to be the case in testing. Was going to post my own thread about it before I saw this one.

bump. Can confirm 1) that this is still an issue and 2) me and my friend were actively misjudging this item, assuming it had no cooldown
