improved burst doesnt proc ?

im trying to proc it on seven but it deosnt ? spirit burst procs and shows but improved deosnt , i trie dwith ball and ult each with over 200 dps but nothing

it has to do 200 damage in a single hit. most dps ability's deal their damage multiple times per second so even if the dps says its over 200 its probably dealing it in smaller increments every 0.x seconds, so it wont proc improved burst. your better off with escalating exposure on seven anyways since its currently the most powerful item in the game
