Infernus spawns a circular shape of X'es flying away from him everytime he reloads, it might happen on other animations aswell, but you can see it as enemy when he reloads in a room that random x'es fly out of the wall, you can also see it as infernus player, it's a big issue, causes alot of visiblity issues aswell.
