Impact soles - (Active) Become immune to location area damage

Deadlock has an increasing amount of stuff on the floor, allowing teams to completely locking down an area (like base).

This item would only affect damage from sources that are a static area such as Entangling Thorns, Flame Dash, Alchemist Flame, Pulse Grenade, Hex-Lined Hex Trap, Spirit Snare.

Not affecting aoe abilities originating from a hero or moving projectile such as Storm Cloud, Kinetic Pulse, Scorn
