An item that imbues an ability to convert its damage type to the opposite, post calculation so it won't complicate damage calculations.
Maybe on top of converting damage, it may also convert damage type properties such as applying a different resist reduction.
For example:
Slap it on Haze's ult and all outgoing damage will become spirit (items such as tesla for example will not be converted).
Slap it on Seven's 3 will turn shock into bullet damage, but won't affect your left click otherwise.
Slap it on Abrams' 1 and it will lifesteal in bullet damage.
This will allow to itemize bullet procs on core skills, or vice versa, or to balance out team damage type.
