I'm still stuck on low priority and got banned for 5 days! [Yoshi PLZ]

I been having some problems with my deadlock experience being I can't play the game at all,
My PC is a good model it's just the game is so buggy and poorly unoptimized that if my game crashed or failed to connect I get hit by the worst bans ever 5 days now just for failing to connect I wasn't even given an option to join back this is the worst way to handle quitter's as people are unfairly counted as a leaver at lease give us a warning system because I'm stuck in low priority hell just because the game can't run and now I have to wait 5 days to get unbanned and go through 6 low priority match's just to play the game again just to get banned again for a failed connection a few days down the lane it's ridiculous that the game's punish system needs a remodel or at least a warning system now I know I am not a saint I left a couple of match do to people throwing or having a bad day but those are far and between, So Yoshi or a dev reading please undo the ban I don't care if I am still stuck in low priority I just want to get it over with and play the game because I love it it's truly a amazing game.

i Really hope the devs are reading this.
The solution is simple: Make the connection window to 1 minute again so it doesn't trigger auto banns.
it's crazy to me they fixed it and reverted the changes so the problem persists
