I'm ritualist III, but playing only against alchemist's and arcanist's

Why am I playing against alchemist's and arcanist's if I'm being ritualist III? What should I do to play against same ranks as me?

Dude had same stuff a lot,but considering that right now online is even lower than before I stopped playing,this problem should be 10 times worse

The game has a very small online nowdays. Considering location, rank, characters etc... it will throw together pretty much random people.
