If you turn on no cooldown in hideout you can hold down parry and the animation plays nonstop

To add to this, the parry spam doesn't even seem to function as a parry. You can get hit during it by punches and they do damage and do not get stunned.

Yeah, looks like it is fully client-side. Other people don't see you doing anything.
