if we are getting characters with designs like holliday and the magician who fire extremely slowly to the point they cant even collect thier own souls then why the hell is the design allowed? especially against faster characters like haze its impossible laning is hell i am always losing on my souls and then by the 10 min mark they have 2-3k more souls then me unless i outright get some kills
in hollidays case its even more eggrigious that a character with one of the slowest fire rates also has the worst possible bullet velocity without getting the emblem item its incredibly difficult to land headshots
