Enchanted Monocle (ex Greater Expansion)
Give less Ability Range but got unique passive. Damaging Abilitys deal Bonus Spirit Damage for every EXTRA Enemy affected by ability. Damaging Ability apply on enemys Commander Gaze effect, and after short delay, 3 sec for example, effect procs and deal damage based on amount of Enemys under Commander Gaze. +40 spirit damage for 1 extra enemy, and 0 if only 1 target affected for example. Delay exist to give Ability Itself contact as many enemys as possible. Goes on cooldown after Proc.
Time Eater (ex Superior Duration or T4 upgrade)
Less Ability Duration and unique Passive. Next Casted buff, debuff or damaging ability with continuous damage got Amplifying of All Effects for every second of Duration. For example: +10% effect Amplify for every passed second, 70 damage per sec, will deal 77 damage Next second. Many options of Balancing this effect so not providing much details. Of course goes on cooldown after proc.
Timeless Blessing (ex Transcended Cooldown or different item)
Gain bonus Spirit and Weapon resist for Ammount of Ability cooldown you got right now. Heroes with big cooldowns got some Sustainability while they dont have their Kit ready. For example: +5% spirit and weapon resist for 50 sec of cooldown.
Just random Ideas to bring some uniqueness for Too Simple Relic , i personnaly dont have any Motivation and Satisfaction when i buy mentioned Items in game. Unique Effect sound not that strong so it would be nice to have it in game.
