Although it is generally more consistent, there are still noticeable hitches where the screen suddenly jerks. As far as I'm aware, this does not affect characters like Grey Talon or Vindicta, who would have their sniping affected severely every time this happens.

Another example. Much better than before, but still often present.

From just now, it still jitters and additionally also has awful visibility with the snow formation particles on path and screen darkening on beam.
