I would queue up with a friend, and the following would happen:
1.) I'd select my heroes
2.) Game would say connecting
3. ) The load screen would show
4.) The loading screen would continue to stay on until i hit ESC
5.) When I hit ESC, I'd get an option to abandon, settings etc., but the load screen stayed in the background
6.) I hit ESC again, and the bottom right would show "unstick hero"
7.) I'd click on that, and after a brief period of time the match would load
This kept happening until it randomly stopped
