I was banned for not being able to connect to a match that hadn't even started.

My PC is kind of old but it can run the game well, sometimes it takes a while to connect. In this particular match, there was a crash and I couldn't connect, so I got a 3-hour ban. I think this system should analyze better and punish people who actually quit during the loading screen, and not those who for some reason couldn't connect.

Same thing has happened to me for multiple matches. It just happened again and I was banned for 24 hours. This is ridiculous and they need to either fix this or remove the penalties for crashing altogether.
