I lagged out and came back multiple times because the game was black screening me

Ive lagged out a few times before because my internet is bad but I lagged out today and my team was still winning btw! i got put in a low priority q and a day ban BECAUSE the game black screened me on start up 3 times causing me to restart which i have on recording if need be. I just want my day ban to be lifted cause I would be playing with pals later.
