I keep getting banned and I can't figure out why

about once or twice a month I log into the game and find that I've been banned for a few hours and it never gives me a reason. I haven't disconnected recently, I'm not an asshole in chat, I don't cheat and if I were suspected of cheating surely it would perma ban me, I'm just completely lost on why this happens.

A lot of us have been having the same issue- the chat moderation system is incredibly bad.

Could also be the queue bug, where servers register you as being in a game, but never put you in lobby, so you get a ban for abandoning.
