I got perma banned cause doorman bug pls help!

Good.
65% accuracy and 25% headshot accuracy, yeah buddy, you are not fooling anyone.
This account has a maximum of 5-10 games, the statistics haven't had time to form yet, and by the way, this is one of the easiest games for aiming, the hitboxes are very large.
I'm a former top 500 Overwatch player and a top 15,000 Valorant player, so I know what I'm talking about.

My accuracy is 60% and 17% headshot and I'm absolutely terrible. My top 500 friends could do way better than 65% accuracy and 25% headshot.

They dont play deadlock, should they be banned if I finally get them to try it out?

I myself have an accuracy rate of around 60-65% and a headshot accuracy of around 15-20%.

But here's the thing: 99.9% of cheaters have 65% accuracy and 25-30% headshot accuracy because it's the safe max accuracy that really good FPS and top players achieve in deadlock. Players might have good accuracy, like 60%+ but they don't click heads and have low headshot accuracy in 15-20%

However, when you have a player with both 65%+ accuracy and 25%+ headshot accuracy, that's a cheater.

You also need to consider the character. The Warden, the Doorman and the Dynomo can easily have a headshot accuracy of 25% or more. They have a low fire rate, a big bullet hitbox and abilities that help them land more headshots.

However, a headshot accuracy of 25%+ on Haze, Wraith, Viper, Bebop, McGinnis, etc. is a clear giveaway of cheating. They have a really high fire rate. If they go for the head, they will have a high headshot accuracy, but a low overall accuracy since they will most likely miss with most of their bullets. You get the idea.

You can't just start banning everyone with these accuracy numbers, since you'll end up banning innocent players who just have good aim. That's why cheaters run rampant and unpunished in Deadlock — they hide behind maximum safe accuracy numbers, which are more than enough to dominate in the match. Anti-cheat is not a priority right now.

For reference, rage hackers usually have around 70-75% accuracy and 25-35% headshot accuracy, like this guy for example: https://statlocker.gg/profile/1897965587/performance

@Yoshi may be this information might be helpful to identify more cheaters and may be improve anticheat, since cheaters run rampant now a days.

That's interesting. Cheaters also probably muddy their accuracy, ie shooting for no reason. So they get 60 acc and 25%, but their in fight stats are much higher

Though I will have to say that two of my friends could easily get 30%+ HS accuracy on Haze, Wraith, Viper, Bebop, McGinnis, etc.
Based my my accuracy in this game (I play haze like 75% of time) and my accuracy in other games compared to them (overwatrch, quake, ect).
I'm concerned if I get to to play the game they would get banned for smurfing.

I think that happened to one of them in PS2 lol
