I got banned from a match that didn't even start

Hello, I would like to report what happend to me right now. I don't know if I can consider this a bug or not. I play at the South America servers and was casually waiting for the match to start. Then, I entered the loading screen and when it stopped loading I was back at the lobby banned. I checked my internet, which was stable, and I couldn't tell who didn' connect to the match because there were no information of the match or the players that would have been playing at the time.

I really enjoy the game, that's why I reported my experience which already happend once, but it was a long time ago. I hope that this get fixed so no one gets banned "unfairly".
