I can't start the game because of the group

I can't start a game or invite someone to a group, the only thing I can do is go into the sandbox.
This happened yesterday, Steam stopped loading for me (but the Internet was working), I invited a player to the group, but the deadlock didn’t load for me either. Now I can't start playing.
