Can't start a game

I cant start a game even sandbox, I've checked my internet but didnt find any solution. I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it, but it didnt solve my problem. Did anyone met the same problem and just solved it? I really need some help.

I dont think its the problem of my pc but the internet problem, cuz it was like loading when i tried to create a lobby

Try using these startup options: -noaafonts -limitvsconst +fps_max 0 -nojoy -softparticlesdefaultoff -high -preload -m_rawinput 1 -untrusted

if you are experiencing connection delays, then try to select a region closer to your location on Steam itself

me and my friends tried to solve the problem for over an hour, still cant find any clue

perhaps the game itself assigns you its own IP address and may not give you the opportunity to work well elsewhere.

try to register -vulkan in the startup parameters

This is the first time I've seen such a case. But if you can play at home, but not elsewhere, maybe this is really some kind of limitation of the game.
