I can't join any match

Like the image shows, everytime I start a queue the timer goes on but when I do anything or click on any menu is gives me this error, I tried every single fix on previous forums from 2025 and all the way back to 2024 for those who had the same issue and even steam forums, nothing works.

I just downloaded the game and was excited to try it so idk what's happening.

okay so i found a solution all i had to do was use a VPN but the ping is unstable or really bad sometimes, hope the devs find a fix for this
