I cant get into a game

I keep trying to queue with a friend and every time we get into a game it kicks me out and says rejoin or abandon match, I tried over and over again to rejoin over multiple games and I still cant get into a game and cause of this I got a 2 hour ban which I know isnt a lot but is still annoying cause I did nothing wrong, and my friend is able to enter no problem at all.

edit: after checking the integrity of game files I got into 2 games back to back with no issue
