Hunters Aura and Greater Expansion

The radius on this item increases with Greater Expansion. But does the "doubled if one hero nearby" get affected by it? If so, amount of enemies increasing in within this Radius means the debuff doesn't get doubled against my target. Might be counterproductive.

I tested it, and it does affect it. It both boosts the radius and counters the "double effectiveness" at the same time. Quite an odd interaction between these two items lol
