Huge lag spikes on Chinese servers/no longer ever seeing Korean servers

Hello,

I play from Korea and haven't played on Korean servers in a long time. I also used to get Japanese servers often which also seem to be a very rare option now.
I never minded playing on HK/China servers actually, but since a week or so they have lag spikes that make the game unplayable. I am not talking about ping, that's fine, and like 90% of a game plays fine, but then the other 10% of the time you have some choppy/laggy moments.

Please let Koreans/Japanese play on their servers again instead of China 95% of the time, or fix the Chinese servers please.

Because I am in China, I am very close to Hong Kong, at most only 14MS, but I often have 40-60ms.

How is it incorrect when you are in China and I am in Korea? we simply have different experiences.
I am happy Chinese servers have no problems for people in China, and they had no problems for me too in the past, but recently they are bad.
And it's weird that I never get Korean or Japanese servers anymore.
