HUD overlapped when getting a kill

Summary: The killing feedback icon is overlapping ability description under 2560*1440 resolution.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set the game under 16:10 ratio
2. Play normally.
3. Observe that feedback icon shows up in wrong position.

Expected Result: Ability description should be fully shown.

Actual Result: The killing feedback icon is overlapping ability description.

Context: This also happens under Chinese localization.
