Why bother? He's locked in a time paradox and can't even accurately tell you what day it is. Hence, Valve Time™.

Judging based off how wonky their timing for everything else is and the state of the game, my assumption is that it's gonna be a while. We also know there are quite a few heroes still coming down the pipeline.

If someone forced me to guess, I think this time next year might be open beta/soft launch. Maybe a bit earlier.
