Ground AOE DOT spam is annoying. Let me buy a 3,200 active item that lets me avoid it. When you activate the item you hover just slightly above the ground, unaffected by ground AOE effects like Infernus' Flame Dash, Paige's Book Wyrm, or Ivy's Entangling Thorns.

Like Metal Skin this could come with a movement debuff that makes you have less control over your movement. Your movement is slippery like you're walking on ice.
