Hours on the Queue ~ Can't find a match - I feel disrespected waiting that long... any low prio/countdown/estimated time notification?

I dont know why I take so long time on ranked queue sometimes.
Its like 30~40 min + and dont find a match/game.
Do u guys could at least a countdown or something like it?
Or a estimated time clock?

I'm in NA and the longest queue I've had is 8 minutes for ranked.
