Hotfix broke the "Show Pip Border" crosshair setting... again

Briefly after the May 8 major update, we were finally able to remove crosshair pip borders after months of not being able to. Then, after installing one of the small hotfixes, it stopped working again. The "Show pip border" option and "citadel_crosshair_pip_border" do literally nothing, stuck with border enabled.

I understand it's low priority but would love if this was fixed, got so happy thinking I wouldn't be forced to use a border anymore ;-;
