Horrible Camera Warping when moving at a high speed and using heavy melee

I notice this on shiv a lot, when I'm alt fire boosting around the map and I use heavy melee to slow down and farm; the whole screen warps aggressivley, it's literally impossible to understand wtf is happening on the screen till the warping resolves everything seems to drag towards+away from the centre of the screen
