Hong Kong servers high packet loss

I live in Japan, and most of my matches are on Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong servers.

While I've never had issues with the 2 first countries, the Hong Kong servers are very hit and miss. I would randomly get very high packet loss with everyone teleporting before returning to normal after a few seconds.

If possible, I'd like an option to avoid playing on Hong Kong servers because most of my matches there have been unplayable.

there's been a lag too recently on my side. i thought that was just me. i live in indonesia and sometimes i connect to hongkong server instead of singapore server
