Holy Water Item Idea

It feels like a lot of lingering aoe abilities get a little too much area denial without having any real counter play other than move. I thought this could help fill a role like an opposite to alchemical fire. (numbers can be tweaked)


Current abilities this would effect:

Infernus Dash trail - Ivy Kudzu - Geist Bombs - Graves Grasping hands - Paige Bookwyrm Trail - Viscous Goo splatter remains - Venator Traps - Talon Traps - Alchemical Fire


Debated about it effecting:

Seven Balls - Paradox Bombs - Doorman Bells - Holiday Bounce Pads - Magician Assistant - Dispelled Bebop Bombs - McGinnis Turrets and Specter (lol probably not) - Walker Fire

Thought about being a T3 or T4. If it effected all listed it would need to be a T4
 
creating a safe zone in an otherwise hectic enviroment sounds like a interesting idea but instead of spirit resist, what if and hear me out
while inside the zone debuffs clear at double speeds?
infernus burn, silence, all negative debuffs on allies are sped up so they then lose the debuff faster
