Though maybe it's happened in other instances, this recording is the first instance where there is no explanation to Holliday's Lasso not connecting to a hit player.
In the recording below, I wait for the Shiv to use their Slive'n'Dice so they are unable to escape a barrel knock-up into a Lasso, and yet the Lasso seems to get destroyed off Shiv's model, as if it hit geometry.
I went back and tested the truck geometry in this exact spot of the map, and the Lasso passes around it normally, so this is not an instance of the Lasso breaking from hitting the truck.

I've never encountered this issue in sandbox against the testing dummies.
