The Christmas skins are a great way for players to play and learn more heroes to encourage people to continue to play the game, at the moment with ranked being integrated into the regulars mode people get extremely mad and aggressive if your trying to learn a new hero, I suggest a "hero learning" game mode where players can try new heroes and it wont affect their rank, i understand this is casual but its important to remember that majority of the playtesters currently care about ranked, this means when someone tries a new hero and "throws" they teammates get made and that has a bleed out effect where in game circumstances effect their real life circumstances, this could be very bad for the game considering it isn't out yet and if enough players state the game is bad it probably won't be able to compete with Dota, Smite or league when it releases. I understand it is a different core game loop and a different game overall but the ratings it receives before release do effect post release. Play Vs Bots, Sandbox and Private Bots already exist to fill the niche of "I need to get a feel for this hero", adding extra "modes" will only split the playerbase more and make queue times longer

and honestly a "casual" queue would barely help anyway, people would be equally toxic.
