Holding M1 before Uppercut on Bebop causes significantly longer windup on gun

Hold M1 > Uppercut - Need to wait for Uppercut to finish it's animation before continuing to wind up laser
Uppercut > Hold M1 during Uppercut - Can start firing in the middle of Uppercut.
